The Westcliff women's soccer team beat Cal Maritime by a touchdown and a field goal Saturday morning in Vallejo.

The 10-0 drubbing got out-of-hand quickly.

Sebelle Rojas scored in the sixth and seventh (Thea Sofie Kanestrom) minutes, and Angelina Espinal made it 3-0 in the ninth minute.

Espinal again scored in the 13th, but by then Kanestrom had already made it 4-0 (12th).

Espinal scored four goals on the roadtrip.

"Great place to play," Westcliff head coach Jack Gidney said of Bodnar Field. "Big pitch. Lots of space and room between the lines for creative players to find pockets. We created a host of chances, and it's always nice to see the ball going in the back of the net."

Rojas had her hat trick, and Kanestrom had her second assist, before halftime, when the duo made it 6-0 in the 26th.

It was Daisy-Mai Clements' turn to go nuts in the second half, and she did, scoring three straight for the Warriors to make it 9-0 by the 59th minute.

"Daisy's third goal in particular was a fantastic finish," Gidney said.

Kamila Luna and Maria Mendez picked up assists while Clements went wild.

Briana Mancilla helped on Grace Zavaleta's goal in the 78th minute to make it 10-0.

Taylor Gayer and Ana Martinez Moreno split time in net,  but neither had even an opportunity to collect a save.

Westcliff out-shot Maritime 59-0, and won the corner count, 7-0.

The Keelhaulers' Maddy Dack saved an incredible 28 shots on 38 Westcliff shots-on-frame.

The Warriors will be back in Orange County Thursday, when they head to Soka for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.

"Six points on the road, and no goals against," Gidney said. "(It was) a great road trip."
