From Coach Wallace
“My goals for our women’s team reflect a philosophy of excellence both in the classroom and in athletic competition. We will strive to win championships while being consistent in developing leaders, sportsmanship, and maintaining a high graduation rate. I’ve long used the word partnership in corporate leadership, as a former high school coach, director and founder of my club program and during my 4-year tenure in collegiate athletics. Both our coaching staff and I will be partnering with our student-athletes, leading, demonstrating and teaching what it takes to come together and play at an elite level. Partnership is not transactional, rather it requires a group of selfless individuals committed to each other, our principles and the details of the work behind the scenes where there are no cameras, spotlight or immediate rewards or recognition”.
