Coaches' Notes
"Nina did a phenomenal job yesterday conference game against Antelope Valley. It was great to see the things that we have been working on coming together on the mound. She dominated the mount and was blowing the balls past Antelope Valley in game one. She asked to start in game two and we felt that she'd had deserved the chance to shut them out again. Nina commanded the mound in both games knowing that she had the confidence of her defense going all out diving for each ball and executing their place I think gave her even more confidence on the mound to throw those offspeed pitches."
