Coaches' Thoughts (Vanessa Kellems)

"Becky Ramos and Jenna Ruiz stood out in both our games yesterday against Biola. Becky Ramos did an amazing job at first making some great close outs for our defense. Becky at bat was on fire today earning 2 doubles. Jenna Ruiz did a great job for us in center tracking down balls and keeping runners at bay. Jenna at bat was making solid contact all night for us.

Overall, The team got in their own head and defeated themselves. Biola is a good team and capitalized on this matter. Our biggest thing is that we defeated ourselves and didn't give ourselves a fighting chance which makes it hard when you have pictures like Ananada Delegarito who's working hard in the circle.

We have the physical talents and the skills to be successful. But we are not mentally in the game which is causing all the errors and the extra bases to our opponents."

What's Next? Westcliff will be down against San Diego Christian on Tuesday the 15th 1st game is at 12:00pm
