Double-Double Abdullah, Leads Warriors to Seven in a Row

The Westcliff men's basketball team finished the regular season in the best way possible, with a win.
But looking back at the last stretch of games they played, everything was trending upwards.
In fact, the Warriors finished the season on a seven-game winning streak as they qualified for the playoffs in the midst of the streak.
There was much to celebrate on Sunday night for the Warriors as they honored their senior players for an outstanding time as part of the basketball team.
Abdul Abdullah led the way with his ninth double-double of the season with 22 points and 12 rebounds.
Abdullah had a scary fall during the game, but after sitting out for a couple of minutes, the Warriors came back to help his team finish business.
Another senior Gary Harris finished with 16 points, three rebounds, a steal, and a block.
Josh Harrison scored 15 points with three rebounds and three assists,
It was a magical night with the atmosphere electric from fans and family supporting Westcliff as they concluded another season with an exclamation point.
The Warriors will look to carry this momentum into the Cal Pac Tournament that will start in five days.
Westcliff goes into the playoffs as the #3 seed and will play #6 seed Simpson University.
This will take place on Saturday, Feb. 25, at Bell Bank Park in Mesa, Arizona.
The game will start at 6:00 PM MST.
