Westcliff Water Polo against #5 UCI

Westcliff Warriors Men's Water Polo last saturday traveled to cross town #5 UCI for their last competition before the NAIA Finals hosted by Cal Maritime.

Warriors grabbed a lot of goals against the top ranked Anteaters. Final score 24-12. Westcliff had a lot of standout performances from Manuel Augusto, Armin Juzstin and Barnabas Vidovics.

Warrior goal scorers were led by Manuel Augusto with 4 Goals. Adam Hodi followed closely behind with 3. Alberto Seva came up with 2 Goals. Ryan Stanfill and Barnabas Vidovics and Shalva Khizanishvili both grabbed a goal apiece.

Vidovics and Grandi earned 2 assists against UCI. Khizabishili and Varga followed with 1 Assist.

In the net saw Armin Jusztin led the team with 8 saves with Leonardo Monges and Allen Soto Lopez with 1 save each.

Westcliff Warriors have a few weeks before the go up to Cal Maritime to grab the NAIA Finals Trophy back to Irvine, CA.
